I'll have to dig for some codes out there on this one, it is not a standard option.
But I agree they could use to be a size bigger

ok I was able to increase the size of the navigation tree at the top. was not able to increase the small black words to the right of it the larger white ones. They are not active anyway so you could not click on it.
